There is nothing more yummilicious than having colourful bits of veggies along with mild cheese flavour. Creamy Vegetable Soup hits the spot perfectly for this winter.
2 cups of chicken broth
1/4 cup of diced celery
1/4 cup of diced carrot
1/4 cup of finely chopped onion
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
pinch of salt
1/2 cup cubed process cheese
2 cups of milk
In a small saucepan, add the boiled broth. Add celery and carrot; simmer uncovered for 5 minutes until tender.
In another saucepan, let’s saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in the flour and salt and blend. Gradually, add milk and bring the boiled over a medium heat. Keep stirring for 2 or more minutes until its thickened or bubbly. Add carrot at this stage, stir and remove from the heat; add cheese and stir until its melted.
Now you are ready to consume this nutrition soup.
Suggestion: Having fried bursts along with soup would create a wonderful combo.
