Syrian Kurds not angels, says Trump

The United States, it seems, has left the hands of Syrian Kurds, against whom Turkey launched a military action recently.

US president Donald Trump said the Syrian Kurds was not angels. He also said the Syrian border was not the US border.

What his statement indirectly means is that the US is not responsible to save the Syrian Kurds from the threat the community faces from Turkey.

The US president recently received serious criticism for his decision to withdraw the US forces stationed in Syria to normalise the region and to prevent the rebirth of the ISIS and similar anti-social elements.

The latest statement of the US president is considered as a befitting answer to those who criticised the president for his action.

Interestingly, the state statement has come a day after Russia announced its support to the Syrian Kurds and the Syrian government in their effort to stop the Turkish invasion.
